Albums:
Three albums with The Jimi Hendrix Experience and one with Band Of Gypsys, was released prior to Jimi's death. After his death a number of albums where released, some good, and some we could have lived without. Below the complete list.

After the two hit-singles, Hey Joe and Purple Haze, the Experience released the album, "Are You Experienced" in 1967. |

Later , same year, the album, "Axis: Bold As Love" was released. |

I 1968 "Electric Ladyland" was released. A strange mix of studio recordings and "live" studio recordings.

The Smash Hits album was an obvious album to release, featuring all the hit singles plus some of the hits from the previous albums. |

Produced by Alan Douglas under pressure from Warners and Polydor, who demanded a neat marketable album. This is perhaps the most obscure album. Compiled by taking some rough demos and replacing all backing tracks with new session musicians - and even adding some extra guitar. Never-the-less the album sold very well!
